About the role

Banking-grade compliance,
from Argentina to the world.

Dakoshi is a Money Services Business registered with FINTRAC in Canada (reg. N300000264). We operate at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets, with compliance as the backbone of the business.

You'll work directly with our Compliance team in Canada, which leads the relationship with FINTRAC and defines the regulatory framework. Your role is to give legal and operational support to that team: analyzing, documenting, reviewing and helping every process meet the standards a regulated fintech requires.

You don't need to be a compliance expert. We're looking for a strong, organized and analytical legal profile, with advanced English —you'll read, write and meet in English every day— and a real desire to learn the regulated digital-asset business.

Responsibilities & requirements

What you'll do and what we're looking for.

You'll support the compliance team in reviewing policies, procedures and regulatory documentation (AML/KYC); regulatory research; report preparation; and coordination between the Canada team and local operations.

Must-haves

What you absolutely need

  • Law degree (qualified lawyer).
  • Advanced English, spoken and written (professional level).
  • Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail.
  • Autonomy and the ability to manage your own work.
  • Availability to invoice as a monotributista (contractor).
Nice-to-haves

What earns extra points

  • Training or experience in Compliance, AML/KYC or AML-CFT.
  • Experience in law firms, fintech or banking.
  • Knowledge of the crypto / digital-asset ecosystem.
  • A third language or experience working with remote teams.
